Love Guru Stinks Up Razzie Awards

All the Mariska Hargitays in the world couldn’t save The Love Guru last night.

The Mike Myers box-office flop about fame-seeking, self-helper Guru Pitka picked up three Golden Raspberry Awards at the annual ceremony that honors the year’s worst in films.

Leading the evening with seven nominations, the movie was honored as Worst Picture and WorstvScreenplay, along with a Worst Actor award for Myers in the title role.

Nottie to be outdone, Paris Hilton also received three Razzies for her outstanding contribution to films in 2008.

With record turnout expected in tomorrow’s presidential election, Paris Hilton is ready to accept a big thank-you from the winner.

Speaking at the press day for her new organ-harvesting musical horror flick Repo! The Genetic Opera, Hilton told us that her Paris for President videos totally helped herd young folks in the booths.

“It’s exciting to be involved in the biggest election in history,” she said. “It encourages a lot of young voters to speak their voice and to vote.”

Benji Cheats On Paris

Falling in love with the twin brother of her best friend’s boyfriend sounded too perfect. Apparently it was.

Paris Hilton’s all-too-perfect romance with Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden, whom she has been dating for eight months, has hit the skids as a result of his infidelity.

On Oct. 11, Joel Madden’s twin brother was caught getting way too close to a dead ringer for his ex-fiancée, Sophie Monk, at the Diesel xXx Rock & Roll Circus concert in NYC, an insider tells. “He seemed really into her. She kissed him on the cheek, and he was hugging her in a corner of the VIP section, trying not to be seen.”

It seems that Benji has grown tired of Nicole Richie’s BFF and has gone so far as to recently refer to the heiress as “shallow and dumb.”

This isn’t the first time Paris has caught Benji straying. According to a source, he also cheated on her with a groupie earlier in the month. When Paris found out, she was devastated. “She’s miserable and constantly sobbing about his infidelity,” says the source.
